Audited Supplier Vertical Rice Water Polisher is used to polish rice .It's flexible combinated with two rollers ,either in series or parallel,which is suitable for different polished rice .The Polishing room can mix the material evenly ,make the rice to be more beautiful .This vertical rice water polisher is made up of inlet device, polishing chamber, bran-collecting system, water-feeding system, driving device, framework etc. After entering the conveying area of the two rollers from the hopper at the same time, being added some water additive, being pushed to the initial polishing chamber, the rice is plated a thin nutrient water additive and conflict each other with the inter-reaction of pushing power, wind power, polishing roller, blade and screens at a certain velocity. The rice stream goes on upward and directly enters the precise polishing chamber. The rice bran goes through the screen and is blown out by the blower and than drops with the force from the cyclone.

1) Examinations before the initial starting
2) Make sure to install and connect the machine in accordance with specifications.
3) Make sure not to find anything foreign in all the conveying parts, inlet and outlet hoppers, and the inside of the machine.
4) Examine the stretch of the motor belt and the rotary direction of the motor.
5) Make sure that no fixing parts are loosened.
6) Make sure that inlet valves and outlet pressure doors are flexible.
7) Examine whether there is any feel of shaking in the four foundation feet.
8) Examine the temperature of the main bearing after it has run for two hours. The allowed maximum temperature is 50-600C, when the surrounding temperature is 200C.
