- Paddy Pre-Cleaning & Destoning: Equipped with a built-in pre-cleaner and destoner, the machine effectively removes straw, dust, stones, and other impurities from raw paddy, ensuring a clean feedstock for subsequent processing. This step is critical for protecting downstream equipment and maintaining consistent milling performance.
- Husking & Paddy Separation: A high-efficiency rubber roll husker (with differential speed design) ensures a husking yield of 85%-90%, while a paddy separator efficiently separates unhusked paddy from brown rice, recycling the paddy back to the husker for reprocessing.
- Multi-Stage Whitening : The machine features a vertical abrasive whitener (optimized for parboiled rice) .This design minimizes broken rice rates while enhancing the luster and appearance of the final product.
