Rice mill work, driven by motor through the reduction gear meters roll in high-speed milling room, indoor comes from the inside of the hopper to rice milling rice continues to move forward and produce extrusion, make rice and rice roll, rice sieve, meters between the knife and friction in the movement between grain knead, rice was remove shell and cortex, forming the mixture of rice bran. The mixture of rice bran is discharged from the outlet, and the rice flows into the receiving apparatus from the outlet and the rice bran is discharged from the other outlet. The flow of rice into the rice milling chamber is controlled by the insert board located at the feed port. The flow should match the production and processing capacity of the rice milling machine. If the flow is too large, the rice milling chamber will be blocked; if the flow is too small, the productivity will be reduced. Purpose: The rice milling part of the machine can process rice into rice at one time, and complete the separation of rice, bran and broken rice. Crushing part can be used for crushing rice, corn, sorghum, beans,etc.
