MDJY series of length grader is used to pick up the broken rice from the mixture rice. The cyclinders can be used in parallel and in series according to customer's requirement. The broken rice content in the whole rice can be controlled optionally.
Take the principle that the whole rice and the broken rice have different lengths to separate the broken rice from the whole rice.
It is assembled with rice grading sieve in flexible technological combinations (either series connection or parallel connection of expansion cylinder) to realize the grading requirements that the whole rice does not contain broken rice.
The grains which are longer in length drop out of the indents before they reach the cat trough. The grains which remain in the indents are thrown into the catch trough.
1.With high degree of precision;It can ensure that no broken rice is in the whole rice and vice versa.
2.The cylinders can be used in parallel or in series according to real requirements.
3.The process can be observe through the inspection window.
4.The sieve tube can be easily replaced and operation is simple.
